Introducing TPA’s 2023 Annual Report
We are delighted to share Texas PACE Authority’s 2023 Annual Report, marking a decade of impactful achievements and milestones since the enactment of the Texas PACE Act in 2013.
2023 Annual Report Highlights:
- Record-Breaking Achievements: Despite the challenges of high interest rates and an uncertain market, TPA facilitated $107 million in energy and water-saving improvements, surpassing all other administrators in the US according to data from the C-PACE Alliance.
- Major Projects: TPA facilitated major projects like the $48.5 million Monarch Hotel and $28 million Intercontinental Hotel renovations in San Antonio, as well as smaller yet impactful projects like the $281k solar project in Fort Worth and energy efficiency upgrades for the Houston Area Urban League headquarters.
- Long-Term Vision: We outline TPA’s vision for TX-PACE – a common, trusted, and accessible program for all, achieved through transparency, vigilance, and continuous improvement.
