| Converting underused offices to multifamily homes is a great way to repurpose existing infrastructure and revitalize communities. This conversion process can also be an opportune time to invest in measures that reduce a building’s operating energy costs and achieve zero emissions climate goals. This webinar will explore what’s technically possible when converting an office building to multifamily housing including DOE’s Zero Energy Ready Homes certification and opportunities to eliminate onsite emissions and integrate solar, storage, geothermal, virtual power plants, and low embodied carbon materials.
