The Texas PACE Authority (TPA) Lender Referral Program is designed to bring qualified commercial PACE project opportunities directly to lenders who have expressed interest in participating in the Texas PACE financing market.
When you enroll, you’ll join a curated network of lenders that we contact when new PACE projects become available that match your stated lending preferences. We pre-screen all prospective projects, and when a project aligns with your criteria, we will email you the project details so you can quickly and confidently evaluate the financing opportunity.
How It Works

As qualified PACE projects come through TPA that meet your criteria, we will send you an email with the project summary and key details. - Engagement Is Up to You
You decide whether to pursue the opportunity with the property owner or project sponsor. TPA’s role is solely to facilitate introductions. If you choose not to move forward, simply reply to the referral email and indicate that you are not interested in this transaction.
