The Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (TX-PACE) financing program enables owners of eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, agricultural, and multifamily properties to retrofit their facilities with more efficient technologies that will reduce energy and/or water usage.

- TPA's regions now exceed 100. You can see a territory map here. TPA's project investment now exceeds $600 million.
- The PACE in a Box standards are now managed by the Texas PACE Standards Board at the Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC) (please add a link when it's available.
- The loan to value ratio is now 35%
- The cost of loan interest is no longer included in the SIR cost calculation.
