Alternative capital and economic development roundtable 

Please join Prestamos CDFI, Central States Development Partners, Texas Certified Development  Company, Enhanced Capital, PeopleFund and the Texas PACE Authority for an Economic Development  Roundtable. The Roundtable will provide information on programs such as New Markets Tax Credits, PACE  Financing, Capital Magnet Fund, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Small Business Lending Resources  and how these can be accessed to aid in supporting recovery, resiliency, and growth efforts for  disadvantaged communities in Texas. 

We will also look to engage with all participants to gain an understanding of what the needs are throughout  the communities to be served. The program is offered in both on-site and virtual participation options. Limited on-site seating is available, please register early to reserve your seat.
