Hello Texas Property Managers,

GSA invites you to attend our Spring Regional Industry Engagement Meeting with the Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Authority to learn:

• Current and future sustainability requirements for GSA leases.

• How to make your building more energy efficient.

• How commercial real estate sustainability projects can be financed.

This 1-hour hybrid (in-person and virtual) regional meeting will have information on GSA’s lease sustainability requirements, how to make buildings more energy efficient and finance sustainability projects with the Texas PACE Authority.

This meeting will be a hybrid meeting and open to those who would like to attend in-person at the J.J. Pickle Federal Building, 300 E 8th St, Austin, TX, in the ground floor conference rooms, G100, Room 1 and Room 2. Please indicate your preference when you register. 

Also, please be sure to allow for enough time to go through building security if you intend to attend in-person.

You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback to GSA on future lease sustainability requirements and to participate in a local discussion on commercial real estate sustainability in Texas.

The intended audience is any private sector commercial real estate professional located in Texas.
